1. Product Information

আমাদের website-এ দেওয়া সকল product information, ছবি, price এবং description সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করা হয়। তবে product availability, color বা specification সময় অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

2. Order Confirmation

Customer website-এ order করার পর আমাদের team order verify করার জন্য ফোন বা message-এর মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে। Order confirm হওয়ার পর delivery process শুরু হবে।

3. Delivery Policy

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে home delivery service প্রদান করি। Delivery time location অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

4. Payment Policy

আমরা Cash on Delivery (COD) এবং available online payment method গ্রহণ করি। Online payment করলে payment confirmation প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

5. Cancellation Policy

Customer order confirm হওয়ার আগে order cancel করতে পারবেন। Delivery process শুরু হওয়ার পর cancellation গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Product গ্রহণ করার সময় customer অবশ্যই product ভালোভাবে check করবেন। Manufacturing defect বা delivery related সমস্যা থাকলে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

ব্যবহারের কারণে damage হলে return/exchange প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

7. Warranty

যেসব product-এ warranty দেওয়া আছে, সেগুলো manufacturer/company policy অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।

8. Customer Responsibility

Customer সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা ও মোবাইল নাম্বার প্রদান করবেন যাতে delivery সঠিকভাবে সম্পন্ন করা যায়।

9. Website Usage

আমাদের website-এর content, image এবং information অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

10. Privacy

Customer-এর personal information শুধুমাত্র order processing এবং customer service-এর কাজে ব্যবহার করা হবে।
